What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Both therapy and coaching are built on trusted relationships between the client and professional.
Therapy focuses on addressing clinical or medical diagnoses and helping you heal from mental health challenges.
Coaching focuses on guiding you through practical strategies and personalized support so you can overcome obstacles, reconnect with what matters most, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
How are services provided?
I offer both in-person and remote options for your convenience.
In-person sessions are located at 2106-D Gallows Road in Vienna, VA 22182.
Remote options are through a virtual meeting platform or through a phone call.
We are happy to meet your needs for any given session.
How many people are in each session?
Each family has varying needs, and I tailor each coaching package to each need and goal. I offer the following options, and any given session may include a combination of these options:

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance.
However, paired with a medical letter of necessity from your medical provider, I provide an invoice that you could submit as a claim to your insurance. By the same token, our services are HSA/FSA eligible.
