As a woman of color, I led nearly 1,000 people to build a globally-aware, inclusive community. On the outside, I was thriving as I poured my heart into mentoring, coaching, and lifting others to success.

Inwardly, I felt disconnected.

In trying to meet expectations, I silenced parts of myself and lost sight of my truth. I learned that you can accomplish everything you’re supposed to and still feel misaligned inside.

Now, I help others find their way back to themselves through personalized coaching. If you’ve done everything right but still feel like something’s missing, we’ll create space for your voice to reemerge and for your values to take the lead.
